My expertise was built in the field, running e-commerce and wholesale operations for a European distributor of surf & lifestyle brands: 9 Shopify stores, two Dolibarr ERP instances, email marketing and marketplace distribution. There I automated what used to take hours: automatic product imports into the ERP and Shopify, stock synchronisation, order triage, customer service management and sales reporting.
